LABAN COLADA - MANGO & DATES
- 50ml Lyre’s Amaretti
- 50ml Mango Juice
- 50ml Leban
- 20ml Date Syrup
- 10ml Lemon Juice

1 tbs Yogurt
Shake all ingredients with ice, double strain into highball glass, top with ice and garnish with mango slice.
- 75ml Lyre’s Classico
- 40ml Lyre’s Italian Spritz
- 15ml Passionfruit Puree
- 10 ml Vanilla Syrup
- 10ml Rose Syrup
Shake all ingredients, except Classico, and double strain into wine glass, top with Classico, garnish with fresh passionfruit and mint sprig.
Laban Colada – Pineapple & Coconut
- 50ml Lyre’s Dark Cane
- 50ml Pineapple Juice
- 50ml Laban
- 20ml Coconut Syrup
- 10ml Lemon Juice
- 1 tbs Yogurt
Shake all ingredients with ice, double strain into highball glass, top with ice and garnish with pineapple slice
Apricot Bellini
- 75ml Lyre’s Classico
- 40ml Apricot Puree
- 10ml Peach Syrup
- 10ml Rose Syrup
- 10ml Lemon Juice
Shake all ingredients, except Classico, and double strain into martini glass, top with Classico, garnish with peach slice or edible flowers
Apricot Sour
- 60ml Lyre’s Amaretti
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 2bsp Apricot Jam
- 15ml Whites or 3dps Foamee
Dry shake all ingredients, brief wet shake with ice, double strain into rocks glass, top with ice and garnish with candied apricot or lemon wheel
Peach Date Spritz
- 75ml Lyre’s Classico
- 40ml Peach Puree
- 20ml Date Syrup
- 20ml Rose Water
- 20ml Vimto
Shake all ingredients, except Classico, and double strain into wine glass, top with Classico, garnish with peach slice and rosemary sprig
Vimto Spritz
- 75ml Lyre’s Classico
- 40ml Hibiscus Tea (dry)
- 20ml Date Syrup
- 20ml Rose Syrup
- 20ml Vimto
Shake all ingredients, except Classico, and double strain into wine glass, top with Classico, garnish with orange twirl
